Permanent education according to UNESCO

Implementation of the idea of lifelong learning results in changes in the whole idea of education. Learning spreads on many situations and places, not only schools and educational systems. Such an idea means that everybody has an ability and right to learn and therefore influences his/her life. The article presents UNESCO statements concerning lifelong education.
