The article is an invitation to a conference Education, upbringing and counseling in popular culture which will be organized by the Warsaw University on 25 April 2008. The conference is dedicated to the educational and upbringing process in popular culture. Participants will discuss such issues as: how school and the learning process are presented by the media; how media educate by e-learning, online support groups, advising letters, etc.
