The Internet of the second generation as a tool and as an area of culture animation

The increasing importance of the Internet in contemporary society has caused many cultural changes, modifying the ways of one's participation in culture. The main goal of this article is to analyze and to point to the new opportunities given by the tools and services provided by the second generation Internet (Web 2.0), which may be useful tool from the point of view of cultural education practices. It is also an attempt to answer the question about the propriety of this practices - in and through the Web.
