Lifelong Learning Programme - a new initiative of European Community supporting education and science

Lifelong Learning Programme is a new initiative which was accepted by the European Parliament on 15 November 2006. It includes programmes for 31 countries: 27 members of the European Union, EFTA and EOG countries (Island, Norway, Lichtenstein) and Turkey as a candidate country. The programme is dedicated for years 2007-2013. Total budget is estimated at 784 million Euro.
