Dynamic development of motivational tools for employees



Nowadays, intellectual capital is becoming more and more valuable. The development of a company as a learning organisation is being executed through: learning, increasing employees' potential, knowledge management, implementing the culture of self-learning and appropriate management of intellectual and organisational capital.
A company should use more non-financial motivators in order to increase its employees' involvement. Modern KM tools and technologies create new opportunities to increase human capital and company's intelligence which results in gaining competitive advantage in the market.
