Influence of clients' trust upon the popularity of music online shops
In each kind of business a good relation between clients and sellers is a very important element of transaction. E-business makes it even more crucial. Since transactions are online, a client cannot see the goods before buying them and there is no direct contact with a seller which increases the risk.
The article describes the problem of trust in e-commerce on the example of music online shops operating in Poland. Results of research on the e-customers’ trust have also been presented.
