The significance of trust and trust management in the opinion of enterprises
The paper describes the results of the authors' empirical study, carried out form March to July 2009, on 70 enterprises operating in diverse branches. One of the project's aims was an analysis of trust as an element constituting a current enterprise, which is permanently present on the market. The authors prove the significance of trust building and its management for the creation of a competitive advantage of a current enterprise.
