The process of development and preparing a company for 21 century is becoming more and more independent from an economic situation in which the company exists. The third millennium brought changes in all fields of activity. Companies must know how to manage in a new era . the era of information, knowledge and data exchange. Quick and effective use of knowledge is presently .to be or not to be. for most companies. Peter Drucker states that traditional resources: work, land and capital are already rather a burden than help, and the most important creativity factor is knowledge.
