Trust in knowledge workers management
Trust in managing knowledge workers is crucial from the viewpoint of the workers as well as from the viewpoint of their managers and leaders. Knowledge workers can easily create trust by informing others about their experience and gained knowledge. Managers should create and maintain the atmosphere of trust and culture of trust in organization. The crucial types of trust here are benevolence-based trust and competence-based trust. Mutual efforts within trust management to build mentioned two types of trust allow to gain the best results.
