Learning 2.0 - (r)evolution?

The paper presents the chances, which are given for revolutionary or evolutionary changes in education sector in Poland by the idea of Learning 2.0. The changes and achievements of the recent twenty years are summarized in a critical way. The papers and publications concerning problems arising in the nearest decades are discussed. The attention was also focused on the present challenges in the context of decisions undertaken by the ministries responsible for education, science and higher education. The atmosphere around e Learning was also discussed.
