The crisis of vision and the vision of crisis - about the art of collaboration

The feuilleton is dedicated to a project of the Virtual University of Technology which was to be settled a few years ago. Unfortunately, until now, the project is in the phase of creation. The author analyses the reasons of failure and presents his own views on the issues of competition on the educational market, e-content in e-learning, social software, and last but not least - collaboration within projects of distance education.
