Prosumption as a tool for gaining and using customers' intellectual capital
Increasing requirements towards companies to fulfill customers' needs not only result in creating more and more developed tools for examination of clients' needs and expectations but also invite them to cooperate in creating goods which are perfectly adapted to their desires. The cooperation can have different forms and be realized at many levels. The aim of the article is to describe the essence and a few theoretical foundations of prosumption as an approach to gaining and using customers' knowledge.
