Relations between culture and realization of KM processes in organizations - part 2
The article presents issues of cultural diversity in the area of knowledge management. The cultural origin can be both a source of some kind of barriers in development and transferring of knowledge and an incentive to discover its new resources. Identification of some cultural conditions of executing activities connected with generating knowledge makes it possible to modify procedures and methods. It is also necessary to discover instruments which are used in counteraction to problems caused by cultural diversity. Tools and regulations presented in the article are overall and need to be adapted to the needs of each environment.
