Collective knowledge in Polish education

In the first part of the article, the author characterizes the concept of collective knowledge and presents its relation to management. The second part of the paper is dedicated to collective knowledge in Polish education. The author states that development of knowledge management in this area should be carried out in a double-track way. On one hand - it is necessary to codify standards of management. On the other - modern forms of development and transfer of knowledge should be developed and supported.
