Video conference as an effective tool of distance education

Nowadays, thanks to a computer with an Internet connection, people can communicate and exchange data and information without leaving a room. The Internet brought education into a new era, which changed our traditional approach to learning and educational environment. The development of new technologies potential helped in evolving of a didactic process offered by educational institutions. The most popular forms of net communication are e-mails and chat-rooms. We also have an Internet telephone and video conferences. The article describes the last as an effective tool used in distance education.
