Evaluation of platform C2C users' behaviour on the basis of data of their activity at the internet auction site
The article presents results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of behaviour of users at the electronic auction site. Data of the biggest Polish auction site Allegro.pl since the beginning of its existence has been analysed. Dynamics of the site's development and characteristics of users' behaviour have been described in the paper. Particular attention has been paid to the analysis of negative behaviours and trends of development.
