Identifying the barriers to knowledge shearing in the public universities


The purpose of this paper is to present the problems of knowledge management occurring in public schools. In particular, attention has been paid to the process of knowledge sharing. The identification of the barriers to the knowledge management process was based on the research conducted among the Polish employees of economics and management departments of public universities.
