Internet users and their activity - about the paradox of the lack of IT competences of Polish net surfers on the basis of "Social Diagnosis 2011"

The research studies among Polish Internet user point that there is a significant discrepancy between the range of net usage understood as a share of net surfers in a population and the level of their basic IT competences. The results of "Social Diagnosis" form 2011 allowed for more detailed analysis of this phenomenon.
