The development of world higher education - a report from the EAIR Forum

The EAIR 33rd Annual Forum 2011 was held on 28-31 August 2011 at the Warsaw School of Economics. The Forum was discussing new trends and challenges faced by higher education. It was organised under honorary auspices of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. This year's Forum theme was: Bridging cultures, promoting diversity: higher education in search of an equilibrium. In the article the author presents her reflections on some of the Forum discussions.
