Barriers to the commercialization of research in Poland


In the era of knowledge-based economy, it is important that the knowledge transfer is correctly structured and takes place smoothly. In Poland the process has only just formed, which is the cause of taking one of the last places in the ranking of innovations in Europe. Among many factors that lead to such a situation, the author of the article focused on commercialization barriers and on what should be changed to make the transfer of knowledge from science to business possible and common.
