The directions of changes in teaching statistics online - the example of using R-CRAN program



Statistics is one of the greatest tools for drawing assumptions on the economic processes. Together with the development of the information society and because of the emergence of huge data collection - Big Data, the significance of statistics will increase. Simultaneously, those changes need to be followed by the transformation of statistics teaching. The article presents the experiences of delivering e-learning lessons focused on statistics software R-CRAN. The author tries to answer the question what has to be done in order to adjust the teaching statistic software to the changes occurring in the economy.
