Responsible teachers - about education, as well as how to evaluate it - a report from the conference


The article's title is also the leitmotiv of the conference which was organized from 23rd to 26th March in Cracow as a part of the system project called 'The program for supporting the effectiveness of the system of the pedagogical supervision and evaluating school work, level III' conducted by the Centre for Education Development in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Era of Evaluation company. The conference program included such topics as: managing educational institutions as well as the role of a teacher and of new technologies in modern school. The process of evaluation was of course as well the focus of some speeches. The conference was attended by 400 participants.
